Automobile Pipeline System Category

At present,The pipeline materials used in automobile can be divided into three categories: Nylon Pipe, Rubber Hose and Metal Pipe.

1. Nylon pipe:
Common nylon pipes are PA6, PA11 and PA12. The molecular structure of nylon pipe is divided into single-layer nylon pipe and double-layer nylon pipe. The thickness of each layer is different in different structure of the pipe

Nylon pipe advantages are as follows:
1) Oil resistance (gasoline, diesel), lubricating oil and grease, excellent chemical resistance.
2) Low temperature shock resistance
3) Wide temperature range: the temperature range of PA11 is - 40 ~ 125 ℃, PA12 is - 40 ~ 105 ℃
4) Resistance to oxygen and zinc salt corrosion
5) Resistant to battery acid and ozone
6) Vibration resistant, wear-resistant, fatigue resistant, low friction coefficient, belonging to self-lubricating materials.
7) UV and air atmosphere resistance.

2. Rubber Hose
Rubber hose has many structures for automobiles.

At present, FKM, NBR, CR, CSM and eco are the most widely used rubber hose materials in the market
1) FKM (fluororubber) is mainly used for O-ring, oil seal, inner layer of fuel hose and other sealing products with the service temperature of 20 ~ 250 ℃.
2) NBR temperature is 30 ~ 100 ℃. It is mainly used for rubber tube, sealing ring and oil seal.
3) CR (chloroprene rubber) temperature is 45 ~ 100 ℃. It is mainly used for tape, hose, wire cladding, rubber pad, dust cover, etc.
4) CSM (chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber) temperature is 20 ~ 120 ℃. It is mainly used for tires, tapes, spark plug sheaths, wires, electrical parts, O-rings, door and window sealing strips, etc.
3) Eco (Chloroether rubber) is mainly used for thermosphere, diaphragm, damping pad, rubber tube, etc. with the service temperature of 40 ~ 140 ℃.

3. Metal Pipe
Metal Pipe is hard pipe, heavy, high cost and easy to break. Therefore, more and more automobile enterprises choose to give up using metal pipe. At present, Metal aluminum pipe is more suitable for air conditioning system. However,The tensile strength, burst pressure and aging resistance of metal pipe are better than nylon pipe and rubber pipe.

Automobile pipeline is an important part of automobile just like the blood vessel pipeline of human body. Good automobile pipeline materials, like healthy human blood vessels, can ensure the normal operation of the car.
